The Science Association of Abhinav Education Society’s Abhinav College of Science, Akole was established in the year 2012 with an aim to create awareness of science and scientific temperament in the students. The association organizes lectures, field visits, poster presentations, and other competitions to engage young minds to match the vision.
The activities are open to all students of the college irrespective of their stream and sometimes include the students and faculty of other colleges. The objective is to organize activities that will encourage student participation in large numbers and create an opportunity to fill their minds with innovative ideas of science for the benefit of shaping their future.

On the occasion of the Science Day, Abhinav College of Science, Akole, organized a prize distribution ceremony in the seminar hall. Various activities such as quizzes, PPT presentations, and a science exhibition were conducted under "National Science Day" for all departments under Abhinav Shikshan Sanstha, Akole.
Mr. Madhukarrao Nawale, president of the organization, emphasized understanding the core objective of National Science Day – attracting and motivating students towards science and promoting awareness about science and scientists' contributions. He also highlighted how science helps break myths and superstition.
Dr. Bhawar S.B., Principal of Pravara Ruler College of Pharmacy, inspired students to succeed using creativity, logic, and consistency. Prof. Ghogre R.D. from the Pharmacology Department guided students on various research tests. The event was graced by Dr. Jayashree Deshmukh, Mr. Vikram Nawale, Prof. Kusum Wakchaure, Prof. Smita Pund, Mr. Parag Sanap, Prof. Manisha Abhale, and Mrs. Anita Wakchaure. Prof. Smita Shinde coordinated the program, and Prof. Gauri Sahane delivered the vote of thanks.
